Attention Tooele City Utility Customers:

Due to an error in the printing process from our external printing vendor, the January utility bills were printed and mailed again rather than the new February billings. Our vendor has sincerely apologized for this extremely rare error and they are currently printing the correct February bills and will be mailing those out immediately.

Because we are in the winter months and bills are estimated, you will most likely not see a difference in your bill amount; however, the dates for the bill will be correctly reflected as well as any adjustments and payments that were made during January. If you would like to pay your bill without waiting for your corrected statement, please do so.

All online account bills are correct. If you have already made a payment this has been applied to your account and no further payment is due.
